Job Description
Position: PPC Manager Location: Bhiwadi (Rajasthan)- Manufacturing Company No. of Vacancy: 01 Package: Commensurate with experience and qualification Education Qualification: B.Tech Mechanical Experience: Minimum 8+ years of experience of working in a reputed engineering Manufacturing organization. Responsibilities Monitoring and Controlling Management Control Systems at every functional level of the organization. Planning and Execution of Monthly Production Plan to achieve On Time delivery. Monitors and controls the Daily Stage wise production and follow up with entire production team. Prepare Raw Material and Packing Consumables requisitions through ERP and follow up. Prepares all daily, monthly, and yearly MIS reports. Analyses OTIF i.e., Plan v/s Actual of Goods Delivery to customers & initiates for CAPA. Entrepreneur between Top Management and all other functional groups across the organization. Conducts and Initiates Process Engineering projects. Conducts internal audits, facilitates line walks, MAT, SCG & MRM meetings and represents overall system compliances, understanding & usage to all levels of management. Plan and coordinate all ongoing production processes in concern department on daily basis to achieve high quality production of machines. Cross verification of BOM of fabrication stage and coordinate with design department for addition/elimination of items in BOM of fabrication stage. Forecast materials requirement for production and coordination with PPC & Purchase department to eliminate the shortage of material to achieve the production target on time. Coordinate with design department for amendments in design for the rectification of errors found while fabricating the machine as per design. Collaborate with quality department to identify and implement ongoing quality improvements. Minimize overall production cost by maximization productivity. Develop and implement production process for new products by installing related fixtures and tooling as required. Lead, develop and mentor the production team. Maintain 5s on shopfloor. looking for continuous improvement (Kaizen). Establish safety procedures and environmental regulations for shop floor workers and staff.
