The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the fasteners industry and a strong background in working with OEMs. Key Responsibilities: -Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demand while optimizing the use of resources (labor, machines, and materials). -Collaborate with different departments (e.g., procurement, sales, and operations) to ensure smooth production processes. -Create and monitor production forecasts, adjusting plans as needed based on capacity, material availability, and lead times. -Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate stock of materials for production. -Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely procurement of materials, avoiding production delays. -Monitor production progress and adjust schedules to minimize downtime and ensure on-time delivery. -8 to 10 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or control in a manufacturing environment. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field. Proven experience in production planning, control, or operations management (preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment).
