Job Description
There is a mandatory bond for 2 years
Skills required- PPC campaigns, PPC Advertising, Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and ad platforms, return on ad spend (ROAS), communication skills.
Location- Patna, Bihar (WF0)

Notice period- Immediate-15 Days (max)
Interview process- F2F for local candidates, Virtual for other locations
Working days/Timings- 5 Days working/ 9-6pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation and setup of PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and ad platforms.
- Conduct keyword research to identify relevant and high-performing keywords for client campaigns.
- Create and optimize ad copy and ad creative to maximize click-through rates and conversion rates.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance data, including click-through rates, conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to improve campaign performance and achieve client objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign alignment with overall marketing goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in PPC advertising.
- Create and optimize landing pages that align with campaign objectives, ensuring a seamless user experience and high conversion rates.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports, highlighting key metrics, trends, and actionable insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the client servicing team to provide regular updates on campaign performance and respond to client inquiries and requests.
- Conduct competitive research to identify opportunities and potential threats in the PPC landscape, providing insights for strategy development.
Requirements:
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, including PPC advertising.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Docs, and other data analysis tools is a plus
