As a Power BI Lead with 8 to 12 years of relevant experience, you will be responsible for leading a team of Power BI developers and analysts in creating custom reports and dashboards to meet business needs. Your role will involve providing Level 2 support for Power BI and Power Automate solutions, collaborating with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality data visualizations and automated workflows. You should possess expert-level knowledge of Power BI, including DAX, data modeling, and performance optimization, as well as strong proficiency in Power Automate and its integration with other Microsoft services. In addition, you must demonstrate effective team leadership and project management skills to successfully manage and lead a team of developers and analysts. Preferred qualifications for this role include proficiency in Japanese language, which would be beneficial for engaging with Japanese clients or projects, and domain experience in Life Sciences (LS), which would be advantageous for related projects. The work location for this role is Noida, and the shift timing is from 9:00 AM IST to 6:00 PM IST.
