As a Power BI Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Power BI solutions tailored to meet the specific requirements of our clients. Your role will involve demonstrating a strong grasp of industry best practices in software development and version control, as well as actively participating in agile projects by engaging in daily SCRUM calls and providing task updates. You will play a crucial role in estimating the level of effort required for tasks, monitoring task execution from a reporting perspective, and collaborating with delivery team members to enhance understanding of business solution functional and non-functional requirements. Your ability to work independently, coupled with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication will be essential in this role. Key responsibilities will include extracting, transforming, and loading data from various sources into Power BI, creating visually appealing and interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations, and analyzing data trends to derive actionable business intelligence. You will develop data models, DAX calculations, and measures to support analytical requirements, customize and optimize Power BI reports for performance, and collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and present insights in a clear manner. Your technical skills should include a minimum of 6 years of experience in Microsoft Power BI, encompassing Power Query, Power Pivot, Power View, and Power BI services. Proficiency in DAX for complex calculations, knowledge of SQL and other query languages, and familiarity with data integration, modeling, and transformation are required. Hands-on experience with Power BI desktop and web is also essential. Having a strong understanding of data visualization principles and experience with Tableau, QlikView, Python, data warehousing, and MS Excel would be advantageous. Possessing a Microsoft Certified: Power BI certification and prior experience with Agile development processes is a plus. A bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent education is preferred for this role.,
