About The Role Were looking for a skilled Power BI Developer to lead the end-to-end migration of reports from Looker and other legacy BI tools to Power BI. What Youll Do Analyze existing Looker reports and gather business requirements Plan and manage report migration with clear priorities and risk mitigation Rebuild and enhance dashboards using Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and dataflows Integrate data from various sources and ensure clean, consistent transformation Perform testing, support UAT, and validate accuracy against legacy systems Deploy reports to Power BI Service and implement Row-Level Security (RLS) Document processes and train users for smooth adoption What You Bring Strong hands-on experience with Power BI (DAX, Power Query, Power BI Service) Proficiency in Looker and legacy BI/reporting systems Solid understanding of SQL, ETL workflows, and data modeling Familiarity with Azure or other cloud data platforms Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills Why Join Us Work on high-impact BI transformation projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help drive a modern data culture.
