Job Role: -Power BI Developer Job Location: Remote (India) Experience: - 6-7 Years Job Roles & Responsibilities: - Design, build, and maintain enterprise-grade interactive PowerBI dashboards and reports aligned with strategic goals Partner with stakeholders to elicit business needs, translate them to data models and visual analytics Create advanced DAX formulas and Power Query (M) scripts to define KPIs and support calculations Integrate PowerBI with SQL Server, Excel, SharePoint, Azure, and other data sources Optimize model and report performance using best practices (e.g., query folding, incremental refresh) Implement row-level security and manage user access in PowerBI Service Coordinate with data engineering teams to ensure data integrity, cleanliness, and refresh pipelines Publish reports to PowerBI Service, configure data gateways and schedule refreshes Guide and support business users in dashboard adoption and insights interpretation Collaborate across product, analyst, and engineering teams in an Agile/Scrum environment Job Requirements & Skills: - Bachelors in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent 6+ years of Power BI report/dashboard development experience Expert-level skills in DAX and Power Query (M) Strong SQL proficiency and relational database experience Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL, and data warehousing concepts Familiarity with PowerBI Service, including gateway config and workspace management Knowledge of REST APIs and R/Python integration (preferred) Proficient in report performance optimization and BI best practices Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills Preferred Qualification: - Microsoft PowerBI Certification (PL300 or DA100) Experience with Azure Data Factory, Synapse, or equivalent cloud data platforms Experience in Agile/Scrum project delivery Familiarity with other BI suites like Tableau, Qlik, or SAP BO,
