Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom business applications using Power Apps Canvas and Model-driven apps

• Automate business processes using Power Automate (formerly Microsoft Flow)

• Integrate Power Platform solutions with Dynamics 365 CRM/CE and other Microsoft 365 services

• Build data models using Dataverse (Common Data Service)

• Customize and configure D365 entities, workflows, forms, and views

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and embedded analytics (optional)

• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring optimal performance and security

• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver user-centric solutions

• Ensure adherence to best practices, governance, and security standards in Power Platform

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven)

• Proficient in building flows using Power Automate

• Experience with Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Engagement), especially customization and configuration

• Solid understanding of Dataverse / Common Data Service (CDS)

• Familiarity with JSON, REST APIs, PowerShell, and Azure Logic Apps is a plus

• Understanding of security roles, business rules, and workflow automation

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate or Developer Associate

• Experience with Azure services, Power BI, or custom connectors

• Knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies
