Job description As a Post Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction after the sale is completed, while also managing the collection of any remaining fees. This position is perfect for someone looking to gain experience in customer service, financial operations, and account management. Key Responsibilities: Customer Onboarding and Support: Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring they have all the information needed to successfully use our products or services. Provide ongoing support to resolve any post-sales issues. Develop and execute recovery strategies, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, finance, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to post-sales and fee collection processes Requirements: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Basic understanding of financial processes and CRM software. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
