Job Title: POSP Manager Insurance Sector Location: Andheri Department: Sales & Distribution Reporting To: Regional Sales Head / Zonal Manager Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to manage and expand our POSP (Point of Sales Person) channel. The POSP Manager will be responsible for onboarding, training, and driving business through POSP agents, ensuring productivity, compliance, and customer satisfaction in line with the organizations goals. Key Responsibilities: POSP Channel Management: Identify, recruit, and onboard qualified POSP agents. Develop and implement strategies to expand the POSP network. Ensure periodic licensing and IRDAI compliance of POSP partners. Training & Development: Conduct training sessions on products, sales techniques, and regulatory norms. Keep the POSP agents updated with new offerings and digital tools. Business Development: Drive sales targets and monitor daily performance of POSP agents. Ensure effective lead generation, conversion, and customer service delivery. Performance Monitoring: Track performance metrics such as productivity, retention, and quality. Implement incentive schemes and motivational initiatives to boost agent engagement. Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical practices. Prepare regular reports on POSP channel performance and suggest improvements. Qualifications & Experience: Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (MBA preferred). Minimum 58 years of experience in insurance sales, preferably in POSP channel or agency vertical. Strong understanding of IRDAI regulations and POSP operational framework. Proven track record in agent/channel management and achieving business targets.
