Client- Large NBFC Relevant Experience required: 1- 5 years Location - Gurgaon. Role: Portfolio Management Analyst SME Finance The role supports the growth of a healthy SME-Finance portfolio (Loan Against Property, Supply Chain Finance, Construction Finance) through data-led insights, risk analysis, and performance reporting. It involves working closely with cross-functional teams to track portfolio trends, spot early signs of delinquency, and recommend strategic interventions. Key Deliverables Performance Tracking & Reporting: Create dashboards and reports on disbursals, portfolio health, and key risk indicators for business and leadership teams. Portfolio Review & Stakeholder Engagement: Lead periodic review meetings, assess risk trends, and suggest corrective actions. Risk Analytics & Forecasting: Estimate credit losses (PD, EAD, LGD), run stress tests, and apply models like Vintage Curves and EWS. Data Management & Analysis: Ensure clean, accurate data using tools like SQL, SAS, Python/R for large-scale analysis and visualizations. Regulatory & Compliance Reporting: Prepare timely, accurate reports in line with regulatory expectations. Process Enhancement: Continuously improve analytics processes, stay updated with industry practices, and contribute to tool and reporting upgrades.,
