Job Description

As the Strategy Analyst at Standard Chartered, your primary responsibility is to drive revenue generated from the sale of working capital products to new-to-bank (NTB) clients. You will ensure that the Operating Account (OPAC) criteria are met, including Quarterly Churning in the account and tracking High-Value (HV) transactions. Your focus will be on onboarding NTB clients with potential for Trade and Bundles Fx, as well as digitalizing all NTB/ETB accounts in the portfolio for activation on the s2b platform. It is imperative to maintain NIL Overdues and comply with all covenants such as Stock and Book Debt Statement, Stock Audit, and NPA reporting. Additionally, you will be involved in cross-selling to Business Working Capital (BWC) Clients. Your key responsibilities will include managing risks effectively by ensuring NIL Overdues and compliance with covenants related to financial statements and reporting. You will also play a crucial role in governance by satisfying OPAC criteria and ensuring adherence to Stock and Book Debt Statement requirements. In terms of regulatory and business conduct, you are expected to uphold exemplary behavior in line with the Group's Values and Code of Conduct. This entails taking personal responsibility for maintaining high ethical standards, including regulatory compliance, and identifying and resolving risk and compliance issues collaboratively. Key stakeholders for this role include Product, Operations, Credit, and Service teams. To qualify for this position, you should hold a post-graduate degree and possess certifications in IRDA/AMFI.
