Job Requirements Role/ Job Title: Portfolio Manager - KCC Function/ Department: Rural Banking Job Purpose: Portfolio Hygiene parameters to ensure no overdue or breach of key portfolio matrices. Portfolio retention and enhancement of exiting limits of customers Interest servicing and regular renewal and review of limits of customers Cross-sell of products to KCC customers Roles & Responsibilities: Managing KCC Portfolio, ensuring portfolio hygiene - Interest servicing, Churning, Review & Renewal, Enhancement, and retention of good credit customers and exit of subpar customers from portfolio. Secondary Responsibilities: Deepen relationship with customer and proactively own, respond, uncover and anticipate future needs and expectations. Introduces solutions to clients in building and strengthening an effective portfolio. Work closely with Credit, Ops and Product on enhancement, retention, Exit of customers. Identifies cross-sell opportunities to deepen and increase share of wallet. Generate NTB leads from existing customers.
