Responsibilities

  • Assist Polish-speaking customers with technical support inquiries via phone, email, and chat related to e-commerce tools.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly and professionally.
  • Document all customer interactions, inquiries, and solutions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to escalate and address complex concerns.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge to efficiently guide customers in using our e-commerce solutions.
  • Contribute ideas for improving support processes and enhancing the overall customer experience.
  • Participate in training sessions and support new team members as needed.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken.
