In this position, you will be primarily responsible for delivering exemplary customer service to our Polish-speaking customers. You'll assist shoppers throughout their purchasing journey, manage product displays, and help create a welcoming store atmosphere. Key Responsibilities

• Offer exceptional customer service to Polish-speaking clients, addressing their needs and inquiries effectively.
• Display extensive product knowledge and provide personalized suggestions to enhance the shopping experience.
• Assist in maintaining the store’s visual and organizational standards, ensuring a tidy and inviting environment.
• Accurately process sales transactions and manage the cash register.
• Contribute to team efforts to achieve sales goals and foster a positive retail atmosphere.
• Engage in ongoing training to improve product knowledge and customer service skills.

Requirements

• Fluency in Polish and English (both written and spoken).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred.
• A friendly, proactive demeanor, capable of managing a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational abilities.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently when required.
