- Document customer interactions accurately in the company’s CRM system for future reference.

Requirements
- Fluent in Polish, both written and spoken; proficient in English is required.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support software is a plus.
