Supporting in Development of Product portfolio for Region considering each state requirements. Preparing and sharing Inputs for New Product development with Central PMT. Working with State sales team to improve Product Launch, Product Market reach and Portfolio reach. Product introduction to sales team & Product launch market feedback sharing. Supporting sales team in achieveing regional sales targets. Seasonal Planning & product requirement sharing for individual states. Vetting of regional sales plan, Ensuring supply against sales plan & Tradeshows in corresponding states. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competition. Identify target customer segments and create buyer personas to guide product positioning. Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop a comprehensive GTM strategy for new and existing products. ` Product Launch: Plan and execute product launches, including setting clear launch goals and timelines. Collaborate with Central team and individual State teams to ensure successful product releases in WEST region. Sales Enablement: Create sales collateral and training materials to equip the sales team with the knowledge and tools needed to sell the product effectively. Marketing Support: Understand market requirement and collaborate with State teams to assist central team by suggesting marketing campaigns and materials (e.g., website content, press releases, social media content) that drive product awareness and demand. Competitive Analysis: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive products, providing insights to guide product strategy adjustments.,
