Job Description
ZakApps is seeking a PMO Specialist with at least 2 years of experience in project management using Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring effective project governance, planning, and execution. They should have hands-on experience with Sprint Grooming, Sprint Planning, Sprint Execution, Sprint Review, and managing Sprint Backlogs. Candidates with technical appreciation and prior experience using JIRA and Confluence will be preferred. Responsibilities: Drive and manage Sprint Grooming, Sprint Planning, Sprint Execution, Sprint Review, and Sprint Backlog management. Develop and maintain project plans, effort estimations, and resource allocations Work closely with Business, Development and Testing Teams, and manage the releases Qualifications: 2+ years experience in a PMO role managing Agile projects. Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). Strong understanding of Sprint lifecycle (Grooming, Planning, Execution, Review, Backlog). Experience in Project Planning & Effort Estimation. Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence for tracking and documentation. Excellent communication and coordination skills.
