Responsibilities Includes but not limited to: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Teamcenter PLM projects within specified timelines and budgets. Manage end to end project implementation and deliverables. Building Digital, PLM Practices and services. Oversee the implementation and customization of Teamcenter PLM solutions to meet the unique requirements of clients. Ensure the successful integration of Teamcenter PLM with existing systems and processes. Lead an implementation team in all aspects of solution deployment. Develop requirements specifications, Use Cases, and functional specifications. Transform customer requirements to technical solutions. Work closely with business partners to understand their PLM requirements and translate them into actionable deliverables. Building competencies and capacities. Managing and executing complex and large data migration projects. Conducting and front ending technical workshop with customers. Required skills 16+ years of strong experience in PLM. Demonstrated track record as a Teamcenter PLM Solution Architect. Experience working with siemens Teamcenter and CAD integration. Experience with technical solution and delivery. Experience in technical presales or working closely with the pre-sales team. Hands on experience on Teamcenter Customization, Development, upgrade, and Implementation. Hands on experience on PLM data migration from the legacy systems. Should have Solution experience in responding to RFP, RFQ documentation for new PLM project opportunities across regions. Experience with Siemens Product Development. Should have strong stakeholder and client management skills. Should have strong People Leadership and management skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills.,
