SKILLSET

• PLC/DCS programming knowledge on Rockwell/Siemens/ABB platform.
• HMI/SCADA development knowledge on Rockwell/Siemens/ABB platform.
• Sufficient Commissioning exposure to Automation systems.
• Troubleshooting & Network establishment skills.
• Knowledge on communication protocols like Modbus /OPC/Ethernet IP/Profinet/Profibus/IEC 61850 etc., for interfacing with various systems.

DOMAIN KNOWLEDGE

• Design and Development of PLC and HMI Software for heavy industrial equipment in ports, power & steel plants, mines etc., 
• Design and Development of PLC and HMI Software of Utility & BOP for process plants, material handling projects.
• FAT at vendors premises
• Pre-Commissioning and Networking activities at site.
• Commissioning of PLC system at site.
• Coordination with Third party systems suppliers for smooth integration of sub-systems into the main automation project.
