Job Description

Experience Required: 8 12 Years in PLC Software Development Responsible for the activities: During the design phase of a project, Work with the Technical Design team to understand the planned software functionality for automation and coordinate interfaces with internal departments and third parties Implementation of project technical documentation and system specifications. Development of complex Software Logics & systems, mainly using Siemens PLC programming Tools - Step7 and TIA Portal. Development of HMI and SCADA Software and its testing. Expertise during machine Testing & commissioning phases, managing SW problem analysis and support to solve them LabVIEW programming knowledge is a must. Qualifications required: Bachelors Degree in Electronics/Instrumentation Engineering. 08 to 12 years of professional experience in the Machine automation, and/or commissioning. Complete knowledge of PLC architecture / Hardware based on SIEMENS S7 1500 series CPUs, Remote I/O stations like ET200S and others. Knowledge of S7 300 & 400 Series CPUs and systems is added valuable. Complete knowledge of Programming languages like LabView, STL, Ladder Logic, Function Block in SIEMENS Step7, and TIA Portal, knowledge of other systems is also valuable. Complete Knowledge of Programming of SIEMENS Drives G120C and others Knowledge of different Communication Bus Protocols like PROFI-BUS & PROFINET as well as other industrial architecture and network topologies. Knowledge of setting up Routers, Ethernet Switches and Hubs. Very good knowledge of English (written and spoken). Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, teamwork.
