Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Test Lead & SA's with 3 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Typescript Programming and Playwright. Experience in the Property & Casualty Insurance domain is a plus. The Test Lead will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products contributing to the companys mission of delivering top-notch solutions to our clients. Experience: 3-8 years Location: Chennai, Coimbatore, Bangalore, Kochi Notice Period: Immediate - 30 days Job Type: Contractual Technical Skills: Must Have: Playwright + Typescript (Mandatory). Good to have: BDD Cucumber, API Testing Roles & Responsibilities 1. SDET with 4 - 8 years of Quality Engineering experience working in Agile practices, Software Testing Lifecycle and processes 2. To play a role of SDET, must have working experience in Java, API Automation, SQL, CI/CD, Latest framework adoption (based on the requirements) / customization 3. Should have implemented BDD Practices within the project being worked 4. Knowledge in Informatica, Splunk toolsets 5. Should be able create automation solutions by understanding the Technology landscape and Architecture to optimize the Test cycle and efforts. 6. Leverage GenAI Copilot by identifying Use cases for Productivity improvement. 7. Must have experience in Creating Test Strategy, Metrics reporting, Defect triaging and implementing Transformation levers. 8. Good Communication and interpersonal skills for customer facing role and stakeholder management. 9. Proactive in Risk Identification/ reporting and Mitigation till closure 10.
