As a Developer Platform Engineer, you will be responsible for the development and management of Internal Developer Platform (IDP) tools to support engineering teams. Your main tasks include designing, developing, and maintaining IDP tools that cater to the specific needs of the engineering groups. You will work on enhancing self-service capabilities like resource provisioning, CI/CD pipelines, and service management within the platform. Integration of various tools and services such as Git, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Helm, etc., to create a seamless developer experience is a key aspect of your role. It is crucial to ensure that the platform tools are highly scalable, available, and compliant with security and performance standards. Your preferred skills and experience should include expertise in DevOps architecture consultancy and familiarity with custom IoT platforms related to DevOps technologies.
