Sr Manager- Plant Technical Trainer

• Training Program Development: Design and develop technical training programs specifically for plant operations and maintenance. Ensure training content is relevant and up-to-date with industry standards.
• Training Delivery: Conduct training sessions, workshops, and hands-on practice for plant personnel. Utilize various training methods to effectively convey technical information.
• Curriculum Design: Create comprehensive training curricula covering key topics such as process operations, equipment handling, safety protocols, and maintenance procedures.
• Assessment & Evaluation: Develop and implement assessment tools to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs. Monitor trainee progress and adjust training methods as needed.
• Technical Expertise: Provide expert guidance and support to plant personnel, leveraging extensive knowledge of petrochemical processes and equipment. Address technical queries and troubleshoot issues.
• Collaboration: Work closely with plant managers and HR to identify training needs and align training programs with operational goals. Ensure training initiatives support overall plant performance.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure all training programs comply with industry regulations and safety standards. Promote a strong safety culture through effective training and education.

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in the petrochemical industry, with a focus on plant operations and technical training.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering technical training programs.
