The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving production excellence while also contributing to the company's growth through proactive efforts. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Plant Supervisor located in Bengaluru. The Plant Supervisor will oversee daily plant operations, supervise staff, ensure adherence to safety standards, and implement training and preventive maintenance programs. The Supervisor will also handle plant maintenance and coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth operations.
