Job Description

Responsibilities: Operate and monitor machinery and equipment in the plant to ensure safe and efficient production processes. Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspecting, cleaning, and lubricating machinery, as well as replacing parts as needed. Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform repairs to minimize downtime and maintain production schedules. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and prevent accidents or injuries. Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance, inspections, and production activities. Coordinate with other team members, including supervisors, engineers, and maintenance technicians, to ensure smooth operations and timely resolution of issues. Participate in training programs to develop and enhance technical skills and knowledge of plant operations. Adhere to environmental regulations and company policies related to waste management, emissions control, and resource conservation.
