Primary Responsibilities include the following, other duties may be assigned: Driving strategy to achieve desired plant profitability and manage P&L for the plant Maintain plant OEE , high level of product quality & consistency in cost effectiveness to give a competitive edge over others in same business Achieve manufacturing plan in line with companys business plan. Ensuring optimal utilization of resources, economic procurement & required inventory levels Manage working capital, procurement cost, fixed costs and CAPEX on monthly basis Handle Project Management including new Projects Drive best practices / Process Improvement through global NBS (Norma Business Systems) 5S, Why Analysis, Lean, etc. Effectively manage Production /Operations, HR, QA, PPC/Order Execution, Maint, EHS, Stores & Dispatch, & Lean Periodical Union Wage Settlement, Improve sustainable Labour Relationship Launching new products or technologies required in India Thrust on EHS, compliances and Technical Audits Key Skills:- P&L, Production, Quality, Maintenance & Engineering, HR, EHS, Material Planning, Stores & Dispatch, Manufacturing Excellence & Lean, Inventory control (optimum stocks, freight control, stocks control) Strategic & Global Sourcing, Technology Transfer & Localization, Projects, People Leadership Innovation & Change | Manufacturing Excellence Experience in Injection moulding and tool making will be an added advantage.
