Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Plant Head to lead the operations of our pulp molding disposable tableware manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with strong production and team management skills, and a proven track record of driving operational efficiency, quality control, and cost optimization in a factory environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end plant operations production, maintenance, and quality. Drive shift-wise production targets and optimize machine output and efficiency. Track and reduce daily rejections and utility consumption (power, briquettes, water). Lead and guide production supervisors, operators, and maintenance staff. Use data and dashboards to analyze performance and implement process improvements. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering. Minimum 10 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in pulp molding, packaging, or FMCG. Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and experience with ERP systems. Preferred Experience: Prior experience in a disposable tableware or molded fiber product manufacturing setup.
