Job Details: Role: Plant - HR & Admin Direct Reporting: Sr. Director - HR Functional Reporting: HR Function: HR Location: Pune Hinjewadi Phase 2 Job Purpose & Scope Accountability Result Indicator Employee Engagement for the assigned location/employee group Compliance to defined HR policies and processes Query redressal & grievance management Timely and accurate data management and reporting Vendor Performance & Management 100% Statutory and labour compliances Admin Budget Management Zero Non Conformity in Audits Stakeholder Feedback on services Key Responsibilities: HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Partner with employees to implement HR policies and processes across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, performance, and exit). Address and escalate employee grievances related to HR initiatives and policies. Support talent acquisition with onboarding, induction, and creating job descriptions for modified roles. Drive engagement activities to improve employee motivation and satisfaction. Communicate and manage changes related to organization and processes HR Data Management & Reporting: Provide data management and analytical support for HR initiatives, including tracking, reporting, and publishing dashboards (MIS). Compliance & Audit Admin Operations & Compliance: Ensure adherence to and periodic review of Admin SOPs and policies. Manage vendor performance, including rate negotiations, contract drafting, and regular reviews. Liaise with statutory bodies, legal teams, and other external stakeholders. Budgeting & Vendor Management: Prepare, control, and manage the Admin budget and vendor expenses. Negotiate and finalize vendor commercials while ensuring compliance and cost efficiency. Facilities & Welfare Management: Oversee the upkeep and maintenance of plant facilities, guesthouses, and employee welfare services. Participate in audits (HR, Admin, Vendor, Customer) and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Event & Training Management: Organize and manage training, conferences, and employee events as required.
