Job Opening: Plant HR Rajputana Industries Limited (Reengus Area) Location: Reengus, Rajasthan Company: Rajputana Industries Limited Position: Plant HR Rajputana Industries Limited, a reputed name in the manufacturing sector, is seeking a Plant HR professional with strong leadership and compliance capabilities to manage day-to-day HR operations at our Reengus plant. Key Responsibilities: End-to-end HR operations for plant employees including fitters, operators, electricians, and contract labour. Coordination and compliance with PF & ESIC departments. Maintain statutory records and ensure adherence to labour laws and industrial regulations. Active liaison with the Labour Department and handling of inspections, returns, and audits. Monitoring and managing contract workforce deployment. Build strong interpersonal relationships across departments for effective workforce management. Handle grievances and disciplinary procedures in line with company policy. Requirements: Bachelors or Masters degree in HR / Industrial Relations or equivalent. 4+ years of experience in plant-level HR, especially in manufacturing or heavy industry. Hands-on experience in dealing with blue-collar workforce and contract labour. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to independently manage HR operations at the plant level. Preferred Candidates: Local or willing to relocate to the Reengus area. Prior exposure in similar industries and environments.
