SCF- Plant Head profile Bachelor's Degree: - Chemical Engineering 2. Postgraduate Degree: A master's degree in a relevant field (optional but preferred) such as: - Master's in Business Administration (MBA) - Master's in Engineering Management 3. Experience: - Considering a minimum of 12-15 years Additional Certifications: - Quality Management: Certifications like ISO 9001 or equivalent can be beneficial. - Safety Management: Certifications like NEBOSH or OSHA can be advantageous. - Industry-Specific Certifications: Certifications related to sprayed cementitious fireproofing. Key Skills: 1. Technical Knowledge: Understanding of SCF manufacturing processes, materials, and applications. 2. Leadership and Management: Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills. 3. Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze problems and implement effective solutions. 4. Quality Control: Knowledge of quality control processes and standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Overall Plant Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient production, quality control, and safety standards. 2. Production Planning: Plan and manage production schedules, raw material procurement, and inventory management. 3.
