Located in Nelamangala, we cater to projects in North, West, and Central Bangalore. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Plant General Manager located in Nelamangala. The Plant General Manager will oversee the daily operations of the ready-mix concrete plant, including production, quality control, maintenance, and staff management. Responsibilities include supervising plant employees, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations, optimizing production efficiency, managing inventory, and liaising with customers and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products. The Plant General Manager will also be responsible for budget management and continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications Strong leadership and team management skills Experience in production management and quality control in a manufacturing or construction environment Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations Proficiency in inventory management and process optimization Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field Previous experience in the concrete or construction industry is highly desirable Ability to work on-site in Nelamangala,
