Position* Planning/Billing Engineer, Civil Engineer Qualification* B Tech civil. Experience* 7 years + JOB Location* Umroil, Palghar, Maharashtra. Joining* Immediate basis. Job role * Hands-on experience with Auto Cad 2016 and MS Projects (Level 5 scheduling) Capable of doing measurements as per drawings & BOQ items. Field experience in estimation for ROB/Flyover/RUB/Road/Building/Structural fabrication and similar Infrastructure work. Required to do prompt correspondence in English/Hindi for various issues on site and in the admin. Good understanding of claims and settlements as per contract conditions. Complete knowledge of Rate analysis and Cost statements. Oversee the preparation of statements and bills. Prepare bill of quantities (BOQ) & bills with item rates from tender Prepare & process subcontractor bills. Checking and certification of bills and invoices from vendors and contractors Knowledge of every kind of bill (R.A bill, PVC bill, Advance bill, Final bill) DPR and preparation of Monthly bill Knowledge of Preparing BBS, and BOQ (Item Rates). Preparing and Maintaining all important contractual documentation. Should be able to prepare clients and sub-contractor bills. Arithmetic and technical checking of all bills. Providing billing-related information/documents to clients as and when required. Willing to visit site at different locations as and when required. Salary* Will be discussed based on experience.
