Planning Support Analyst Provide timely and accurate technical support to customers through both written and verbal communication. Learn and maintain technical knowledge required to support company products. Prioritize and solve complex technical issues, escalating when necessary. Document and track customer requests, providing updates until a resolution is reached. Collaborate with team members to share best practices. Maintain service level expectations around number of cases, average call time, and customer satisfaction. Perform additional tasks and project as requested/assigned by management. Requirements Bachelor's Degree and 1 yearcomparable work experience or equivalent. Customer service experience, including confidence in written/verbal communication skills. Independent problem solving and analytical skills. Familiarity/proficiency with the following: Internet technology and web browsers Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel) Typing, quickly and accurately Time management skills and ability to adapt to changing work conditions. Financial planning experience is helpful but not required.,
