Job Description

1. Planning: Developing project plans, budgets, and schedules, and ensuring they align with client requirements. 2. Monitoring: Conducting site visits to monitor progress, and identifying and addressing delays and issues 3. Communication: Liaising with stakeholders, contractors, and other agencies to provide updates and resolve issues 4. Cost control: Tracking project costs, and reporting on cost escalation 5. Change management: Planning and implementing change control systems to minimize the impact on cost and time 6. Reporting: Preparing and presenting project progress reports to clients. 7. Procurement: Managing procurement processes, including bid evaluations, contract negotiations, and vendor selection 8. Quality assurance: Ensuring compliance with specifications and quality standards 9. Safety: Ensuring compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirement 10. Documentation Management: Maintain and manage all project-related documents efficiently. 11. Team Coordination: Coordinate team efforts by hosting regular discussions with site and head office teams to ensure a seamless transition of plans and alignment across all levels. 12.
