Job Description
Responsible for Planning, Project Controls, Cost Management, Sub-Contract Management, Project Proposals, and Client management. Should be capable in coordinating project activities including tendering, estimation & costing and with a flair for adopting modern methodologies A good communicator with excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and time management skills. Responsible for both technically and commercially discussion over projects which is extended to Timeline and budget tracking. Responsible for Sourcing of Tenders, Right Vendor/ Contractor. Responsible for highlighting various critical issues and deriving solutions in order to resolve it before its impact affects the project Coordination with the client and team for Project Implementation and going down to site wherever required to ensure the Project Goals. To analyze and report on the earned value with actual & target values and preparing Profit / Loss summary of the project and coordinating with Management for future progress.,
