Job Role : Planning Engineer Location: PATNA, SITAMARHI, MUZAFFARPUR Experience : 5 - 7 Years Job summary The Planning Engineer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining project schedules for various sectors, ensuring the efficient allocation and use of resources to meet project timelines and objectives. Key Responsibilities Project Scheduling: Develop, update, and maintain detailed project schedules, incorporating all engineering, procurement, and construction activities. Resource Allocation: Coordinate with project teams to allocate resources effectively, ensuring the timely completion of project phases. Progress Monitoring: Monitor project progress against the schedule and provide regular updates to the project management team. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project milestones are met. Stakeholder Communication: Prepare and present detailed progress reports and schedules to stakeholders, including clients and project teams. Software Proficiency: AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera P6 Key Requirements Experience: 5-7 years of experience in planning engineering within real estate, construction, or related sectors. Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. A master's degree and PMP certification are advantageous. Technical Skills: Proven proficiency in project management and scheduling software. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex project data and metrics.
