Job Description

Your role in supplementing the Organizational goals: Stay updated on industry trends, job market demands, and employer preferences to align the institution's offerings with market needs. Plan and organize on-campus and off-campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and networking events to connect students with potential employers. Collaborate with Employers, and students to ensure the smooth execution of recruitment activities. Provide guidance and training to students on resume writing, interview skills, presentation, and other skills essential for successful placements. Conduct mock interviews and workshops to enhance students" confidence and readiness for the job. Manage the entire placement process, from coordinating interviews to final offers, including scheduling, logistics, and follow-up. Maintain accurate records of student placements and compile data for reporting purposes. Engage with alumni who have successfully entered the workforce to gather insights, network with potential employers, and establish a strong alumni network. Connect with Five New Logistics Employers every month to spread the employment network and provide more opportunities to the students. Use data to identify areas for improvement and innovation in the placement process. Gather feedback from students, employers, and faculty to evaluate the effectiveness of the placement process. By staying connected with alumni, the placement manager can identify areas for improvement in the placement process, and student support services to enhance student retention. The placement manager organizes professional workshops, training sessions, and skill-building activities to enhance students" employability skills. Project Management (To be able to drive the Employment Incubator sustainably) Personal Contacts with Head HRs or Business Heads with MNCs / Industry Associations like CII, MCCIA, GIZ Thorough understanding of Industries like Logistics , Retal, Manufacturing, Healthcare, BPO and IT, Understanding of Skill India Initiatives / creation of Placement Ecosystem, exposure of Campus recruitment, NAPS / NATS / NULM etc Experience in Campus to corporate programs / University Placement Head etc. Who we are looking for: Graduate and above, preferably in the social domain. Willing to work with the youth 7-9years of experience in placement or marketing, preferably in the social sector. High level of integrity and commitment. Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent at writing proposals, presentations, reporting, and monitoring studies. Strong orientation to employer servicing Good technical skills including Excel and PowerPoint presentation. Extensive and continuous traveling to different areas of the city (as applicable) for employer networking.
