Job Category: Piping/ Mechanical Experience: 5 to 10 Years Job Location: Mumbai Piping Designer SP3D Job brief Requirement for one of the Leading MNC Co. for Piping Designer- SP3D is expected to be adequately qualified. Requirements Qualification : Diploma in mechanical engineering/ ITI Experience in 3D software like SP3D, Capable of 3D modelling and 3D drawing extraction development of Piping detail drawings for the facility projects Thorough understanding of Interdisciplinary interfaces 5-10 Years of experience with Petroleum Oil and Gas Power Manufacturing Industrial Experience The goal is to create value for clients that will help preserve the companys reputation and business. Skilled in using SP3D for equipment modelling and piping modelling. Communicate, both verbally and in written form, in a professional manner Exceptional organizational and time-management skills Strong regard for product quality and safety standards Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills Meticulous and diligent Responsibility Prepare piping layouts and conceptual design problems in 2D and 3D CAD Reviews drawings, and vendor equipment documentation, both within the discipline as well as from other disciplines for compliance with project requirements and actively seeks resolution Interface with other design disciplines Proficient in 2D AutoCAD, Microstation,SP3D, Smart plant review capabilities, as required Should be able to work independently and handle an Area along with 4-5 designers/engineers. Check moderately complex piping design drawings. Conducts reviews of model using 3D Review platform and creates 3D models of complex plants. Applies project drawing standards to design drawings Provide guidance and mentorship to lower classification piping designers. Ensure to complete pipe component and run detailed drawings as necessary. Review project parameters related to piping requirements. Develop preliminary Bills of Materials with respect to piping design.,
