You should have a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with 6-8 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development, specializing in PHP and Node.js, as well as React. You must be proficient in PHP CMS platforms such as Drupal, WordPress, and Joomla, with the ability to customize and extend functionalities. Strong knowledge of version control systems like Git and SVN is required. Experience with Cloud technologies, particularly Google Cloud services, is a plus. Familiarity with performance optimization tools like SOLR, Elasticsearch, and Redis is preferred. You should have proven experience in working on change-driven projects with a flexible and adaptable approach. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills are essential for this role.
