Employee Hub is looking for a skilled and motivated PHP Laravel Developer to join our development team in Mumbai or Pune. The ideal candidate will have solid experience with Laravel, SQL databases, and a strong grasp of backend web development best practices. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain backend systems using PHP and Laravel framework. Write clean, scalable, and efficient code adhering to industry best practices. Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database architecture. Integrate front-end elements with server-side logic. Debug and troubleshoot application issues and database-related bottlenecks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, QA, and front-end developers. Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on code quality and performance. Requirements 35 years of experience in backend development using PHP (Laravel). Proficiency in SQL MySQL/PostgreSQL (query optimization, joins, indexing). Experience working with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations. Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git). Understanding of MVC architecture and object-oriented programming. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Good communication and collaboration abilities. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript (basic). Experience with cloud hosting, deployment pipelines, or Docker is a plus.
