Role Responsibilities Capture stunning photographs for fashion shoots, editorial content, and promotional materials. Collaborate with designers, models, and stylists to create visually appealing imagery. Utilize advanced lighting techniques to enhance the quality of images. Manage photo sessions from concept to execution, ensuring the vision aligns with brand standards. Edit and retouch photos using software like Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom. Maintain organized records of photoshoots, including files and metadata. Study fashion trends to ensure that photography reflects current styles and themes. Prepare and set up studio equipment prior to shoots. Select appropriate locations for outdoor shoots to capture unique perspectives. Work closely with the marketing team to align photographic content with campaigns. Participate in creative brainstorming sessions for upcoming projects. Keep abreast of industry developments and enhance photography skills. Assist in the development of the brands visual identity. Manage and maintain photography equipment and studio space. Time management to ensure timely delivery of photographs. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Photography, Fine Arts, or related field. Proven experience as a professional photographer. Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of photography styles. Expertise in photo editing software, including Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom. Solid understanding of composition, color, and lighting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail. Familiarity with fashion trends and industry standards. Creative mindset with a passion for photography. Ability to take direction and incorporate feedback. Experience with video production is a plus. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Keen interest in continuous learning and self-improvement. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic. Willingness to travel for shoots as necessary.
