Job Description
As a pharmacist at Healing Hands Clinic F1 in Surat, Gujarat, your primary responsibilities will include compounding and dispensing medications as per physician's prescriptions. You will be closely monitoring customers" drug therapies, advising on interventions, and educating them about potential side effects of the medications. Your role will also involve instructing customers on the proper usage and timing of prescribed medications, consulting on dosages and medication substances, and ensuring the correct administration of drugs. Furthermore, you will be responsible for assessing the outcomes of pharmaceutical treatments, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to deliver optimal patient care, and maintaining accurate documentation of medication plans and patient progress. To qualify for this position, you are required to have a degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm, D.Pharm, or M.Pharm) and possess a valid Pharmacy license of Gujarat state. Proficiency in speaking Gujarati is preferred. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as Provident Fund, day shift schedule, performance bonus, and yearly bonus.
