Experience:

 Minimum 2-5 years (preferred)

Qualification:

 Postgraduate in [Subject] with B.Ed.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced PGT [Subject] to join our academic team. The teacher will be responsible for delivering in-depth knowledge of the subject to students of Grades 11 and 12, preparing them for board exams and competitive exams, and fostering a healthy learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons in [Subject] to senior secondary students.
• Prepare lesson plans in accordance with CBSE/ICSE/State Board curriculum.
• Assess and evaluate students progress through assignments, tests, and exams.
• Provide individual support and mentorship to students as required.
• Integrate modern teaching methods such as smart classes, project-based learning, and digital tools.
• Organize and participate in school activities, workshops, and parent-teacher meetings.
• Maintain accurate records of students performance and attendance.
• Foster discipline, moral values, and academic excellence among students.
• Coordinate with other teachers and school staff for collaborative activities.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Masters degree in [Subject] from a recognized university.
• B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong command of the subject and ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Experience with CBSE/ICSE curriculum (or as per board).
• Proficiency in using technology and digital tools in the classroom.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for teaching.
