We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) of Psychology to join our team at a prestigious CBSE school. Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the CBSE curriculum Conduct assessments to evaluate students" understanding of key concepts Provide individualized support to students who may be struggling with the material Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and supported Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience for students Proven experience as a PGT Psychology Teacher or similar role. Excellent knowledge of psychology concepts and theories. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to engage and inspire students. Good organizational and time management skills. Patience and understanding towards students with different learning abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a team. Teaching certification or relevant teaching experience. Excellent communication skills and strong pedagogical abilities Proficiency in student counseling and guidance Familiarity with teaching psychology curriculum for grades 11 and 12 Skills Bachelors degree in Psychology Masters degree in Psychology B.Ed/ M.Ed Strong knowledge of Educational Psychology principles and theories Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students Passion for helping students reach their full potential Experience working in a CBSE school environment is preferred,
