Job Description
You will be joining our I.T. Institute as a Personality Development Trainer where you will play a vital role in enhancing the communication skills, corporate etiquette, and overall personality of our students. Your responsibilities will include teaching Basic English Speaking to students with varying proficiency levels, conducting training sessions on Corporate Etiquette, Professional Grooming, and Workplace Ethics, improving students" Communication Skills (verbal, non-verbal, and written), organizing and conducting Mock Interviews to prepare students for real-world job interviews, guiding students on Resume Building and Interview Handling Techniques, providing one-on-one mentoring to students needing additional support, tracking student progress, and staying updated with the latest trends in soft skills training and corporate communication. As the ideal candidate for this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in English, Communication, HR, or a related field, along with experience in soft skills training, personality development, or corporate training. You should have a strong command over spoken and written English, excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, knowledge of corporate culture and professional ethics, and the ability to engage and motivate students with innovative teaching methods. Proficiency in conducting interactive sessions, group discussions, and role-plays will be essential for this position. Preferred qualifications include Certification in Personality Development or Soft Skills Training or relevant Experience. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of total work experience. The work location is in person.,
