Key Responsibilities:

CASA NTB (Nos)
Incremental CASA AMB Value (Through NTB Accounts) (Rs Lacs)
Incremental Retail TD (Rs Lacs) (Through NTB + Mapped Book)
LI + GI + MF - Net revenue (Rs lacs)
Deepening : 2% MoM CASA Growth in mapped accounts
Premium Debit Cards(NTB Acs) + Lockers (Nos)
Asset referral - Fee Income (Rs Lacs)
To ensure "nil" deviations in Audit/KYC/AML/Compliance norms
Nil adverse Audit observations in Cash Txns/Branch daily  operations/Daily Reporting
Undergone the requisite training programs and certifications
Activation of customers in digital channel (Internet, Mobile & Debit Card) (min 70% customers)
Taking referral and ensuring product penetration through customer engagement
To ensure Nil escalations/complaints pertaining to customer service
Welcome calling and onboarding Customers (100%)

Desired Experience :

Number of years of experience (range): 2-3 years         

Type of companies/sector worked for: Banking private sector banks, cooperative banks, PSU banks, rural banks.        

Responsibilities managed in the previous organizations: The applicant should have been in a customer-facing role in a bank branch, with experience in branch operations. Knowledge of banking practices, guidelines and regulatory requirements are essential for this role        

Languages: Fluency in English and regional language of the state applying for. Ability to speak in other regional languages would be an added advantage.        

Computer/technical skills (if any): Good in MS Office, Banking Softwares, 

Qualifications:
