Position: Personal Assistant to CEO Overview: Seeking a smart, organized, and reliable Personal Assistant to support the CEO with scheduling, communication, and day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, discreet, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage CEOs calendar, meetings, and travel. Handle emails, calls, and correspondence. Organize meetings, events, and prepare reports. Support office operations and confidential projects. Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Uphold discretion and confidentiality. Requirements: Graduate (Business/Communication preferred). 23 year of relevant experience. Strong communication, MS Office skills & time management.
