Job Title: Personal Assistant About the Role: We are seeking a highly organized, trustworthy, and proactive Personal Assistant to support our CEO. This role requires someone who can seamlessly manage a mix of professional and personal tasks, ensuring the CEOs time is optimized and daily operations run smoothly. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day coordination between CEOs office and other stakeholders Ensure timely follow-ups, scheduling, and communication across teams Handle personal and professional tasks with confidentiality and efficiency Be available beyond regular working hours and on weekends as needed Manage and coordinate the CEOs schedule, appointments, and meetings Handle communication on behalf of the CEO emails, calls, and follow-ups Coordinate across internal teams and external stakeholders as required Arrange travel plans, accommodations, and logistics Act as the point of contact between the CEOs home and office for various needs Requirements: 3+ years of experience as a PA/EA or in a similar coordination role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong time-management and multitasking abilities High level of discretion, reliability, and ownership Flexible with working hours, including weekends and after-hours when needed Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and calendar management tools This role demands trust, agility, and a can-do attitude.,
