Job Description

Position: Personal Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and handle appointments.

Coordinate travel arrangements, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, and itinerary planning.

Handle confidential documents, emails, and correspondence.

Assist with personal tasks, including shopping, event planning, and other errands.

Maintain records, prepare reports, and organize files.

Act as the first point of contact for calls, messages, and visitors.

Take meeting minutes and follow up on action points.

Handle office and personal administrative tasks efficiently.

Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders as required.


Key Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 2 years in a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant role.

Education: Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory.

Skills:

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email management.

Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.

 

Preferred Qualities:

Prior experience assisting senior executives.
